Derby Days
I’m officially a Fox. I’ve been skating for about three weeks and it has been absolutely amazing!
I love everything about it, and the girl are so great. If you haven’t already tried roller derby, I highly recommend it.
I will try to upload a photo of me in all my janky rental gear. I’m waiting for my own gear to arrive.
Derby Day 3
Skated with both the Foxz and the Roller Girls, and I think I’m gonna continue skating with the Foxz.
Getting picked up around 5:30 to go skate tonight, and after this I’ll be skating with them 2-3 times a week.
My goal is to pass my minimum skills test by mid-May and play in a bout by the end of June.

Derby Day 1
In about 20 minutes, some lovely lady will pick me up and take me to Players Choice, where I will skate for the very first time with the Fox City Foxz. On Thursday, I will be skating with the Paper Valley Roller Girls, then I will decide which team I will continue skating with.
Did I mention a professor at my school is a Roller Girl? Badass.
